All contributors of invited, oral and poster presentation are requested to prepare an extended abstract, which will be published in Conference Proceedings distributed at the meeting.
To ensure high quality publication, please follow the format guidelines written in the following example of an extended abstract.
You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt of your submission.
(Please confirm the e-mail of acknowledgment to avoid unexpecting mistake in the paper submission procedure.)
We strongly encourage you to submit a word-file (not a pdf-file) for easier implementation into the conference proceedings.
If you prefer to send as a pdf file, please be sure that THE FONTS YOU HAVE USED ARE EMBEDDED in your pdf file and that all figures and images to be at least 300 or 600 dpi for quality reproduction.
Abstract length is up to 4pages for Plenary (Invited) presentation and 2 pages for oral and poster presentation in A4 ( 210 x 297 mm ) paper format (area of text and figures on each page should not exceed 165 x 230 mm ).
